Vigilance Raided Drug Controller's Premises

The team is investigating the amount deposited in each of these bank a/c. He has five Lockers with different banks in patna. There were also more than a dozen Fixed Deposit certificates been recovered from the Patna residence of Mr. Jaiswal. Mr. Jaiswal has heavly invested in real estate properties across Patna and Varanasi and there are reports of invested more than 50 lakh of rupees in Stocks. According to eye-witness the vigilance team knocked the residence of Mr. Jaiswal in sjfsdlflsdjfjsdljf in the early morning, Mr. Jaiswal was taking sip of his morning cup of tea then at his terrace. The raid were conducted throughout day. Moreover, the team also searched his office at secretariate and seizes some important files. IG (Special Vigilance Unit) A. K. Uppadhayay has informed the media that department had got information about the misappropriate asset being collected by the said officer. The SVU has lodged a FIR in this regard with case no. 3/2007.
