46 Km. Of Highway Soon

The project will cost 1423 lakh of rupees to the state exchequer. Knowingly this is the third list of announcements from the department. The construction work may begin right in the last week of November or first week of December. As the project is to cover 9 districts the Dehri-On-Sone is getting the most of the cake this time. The 6.10 km. stretch of damage roads from Patpura to Kharaet will get new face. From G.T. road to Pahleja Station a 2.10 km. of road will be constructed. Adding more to the Dehri the department announced that cross drainage, road signage and widening of roads work will  also be done.Knowingly the state government has sent many proposals to center for assistance in the road construction projects of National Highways and state roads but each time the center did not response positively. Depressed and somewhat anger by the attitude the Nitish Kumar announced that the state will go on its own if the center is baking cakes on political roaster. It is embarrassing that in our country a road is just in bad shape because of political rivalry and partyships.
