Session judge Gyaneshwar Srivastava, found the MP and his bodyguards for opening fire on SP in May, 1996.The defence lawyer, Abhay Kumar Rajan said they will appeal against the verdict in higher court.However, the MP is in life imprisonment in a abduction case of a businessman.It is interesting to note here that after abduction of the businessman, he was neither seen again nor found any clue to his whereabouts.It is suspected that he was murdered and his body might be disposed off in order to hide any trace.
