NCP has a very little presence in Bihar and Kushwaha's induction is being seen as a move to strengthen the party in the state. Kushwaha was given a free hand to run the party in order to strengthen NCP in Bihar.Pawar at a press conference praised Kushwaha and said I am confident the party would make a strong hold in Bihar under his leadership.Chhagan Bhujbal was appointed to look into Bihar affairs while Tariq Anwar will advise him on important issues.In the first move as NCP state president, Kushwaha said NCP will organize a rally to expose NDA govt in Bihar.
