Laloo after consolidating the family members of Dev Kumar said 2 years back brother of Dev Kumar, Raj Kumar Rai was killed by unidentified criminals. If the proper action would have been taken against the culprits, this incident could have been avoided.The govt has failed on all fronts. Criminals are playing their terror without any fear and common man feels insecure, Laloo added.He said Nitish should quite immediately without any delay and the govt has no right to continue for even a day.Laloo was accompanied by former minister Rajendra Rai, MLA from Sonpur Ramanuj Prasad and other leaders of RJD.
