Ramsurat Rai had already given bribe of 2000 and this time he was giving the second instalment of 3000 to Daroga.Ramsurat Rai had lodged a complaint to vigilance that the Daroga is asking for bribe to produce case dairy before court in connection to his brother's case.On the basis of the complaint, the vigilance team conducted a raid while Ramsurat Rai was giving bribe.
