Anand Mohan, Munna Shukla Among 7 Sentence Today

The judgement came on after 13 long years on Monday when Patna Civil Court rules the 7 persons guilty and reserves the decision on punishments till wednesday. The court of District and Session Judge(I) RamShreshtra Roy will serve the sentence today. Special security arrangements were  done. Home Secretary Ammanullah has ordered the SSP and other officials to maintain full proof security arrangements in and around the court premises keeping the involvement of high profile faces in the case.On Tuesday, there is a hot exchange of words and scuffle between the supporters of these so called "netas" and the policemen on duty. According to jail officials the supporters were trying to get into the jail to meet their leader despite the jail manual do not allow this.Parliamentarian Anand Mohan, Arun Sharma, Shashi Shekhar Thakur Harendra Shahi  has been sent to special security cell of Beaur Jail in Patna and were given the stature of "division prisoner"Lavli Anand has been sent to women ward.Later supporters of Munna Shukla and Akhlakh Ahmed were given permission by jail authoritess to meet their leader but by strictly following the jail manual.We can not partial to anyone. These are known figure of Bihar Politics and we would not take any chance of getting accusation of any partiality from any quater, law is same for all and we are just doing our duty, said Jail Superintendent Dilip Singh.
