Constables Suspended

Ashok Kumar Singh, Uttam Kumar Paswan, Vijendra Mandal, Vijay Kumar RajakKrishna Kumar Jha, Gaffar Khan, Dasrath Ram, Pappu Paswan, Shashi Bhushan Paswan and one havaldar has been suspendend.According to eye-witness one policeman deputed at the Pirbahore police station has come out of the chowki on the noise of firing and fired two rounds at the fleeding miscreants but could not help escape the criminals.Department sources from the SSP office informs that 5 policemen have their duty round the clock in the court premises. Despite all this, miscreants killed one undertrial by firing at such close range. Moreover they thrown bomb and escaped successfully. The development seems to be a stark example of negligence of duty by these policemen as they neither attempted nor fired at the miscreants. SSP Kundan Krishnan were very angry with constables on getting media reports that the "constables on duty were seen escaping to hide on hearing the noise of bullets".
