Nomads Demands Cbi Probe In Vaishali Case

"We have no faith in the Bihar police, our only hope is the chief minister. We want that truth be come out. Those killed in mob fury in Vaishali were neither thief nor anti-social persons. They were killed just because they were nomads and minority in the area" said  Lal Babu Khalifa, state president of the Akhil Bharatiya Nat Vikas Sangh. Savita Natraj, a known  women leader of the community, has demanded a compensation of Rs.500,000 to the family of each of the victims and a government job. She also thanked media for their cooperation and warns govt. not to test their tolerance. Nomads are known as a peace loving community and low profile. It is therefore nothing to be hostile for other community. "We believe in tolerance and often endures many thing, but this is a attack on our existence now" she said.
