Pusu Election Nomination Ends

As the much awaited election for the Patna University Students Union is to be held in a few week the university witness rampage on Saturday as it was the last day for nomination.

Two section of student went on rampage after a bitter exchange of words. Students of Jackson hostel come together with rods, hockey-sticks and whatsoever they get and attacked the other group. Soon the scene gets violent and two media vehicles were also attacked.

With quick intervention of Pirbahore police, the town DSP Manoj Tiwari arrested one vandalist and security enhanced in and around the university area. Heavy deployment of police force were witnessed till the late hour.
