As the function ends, mediaperson encircled a somewhat quite tensed CM. When asked he responded in hindi "Please hamme kaam karne dijiye, humara kaam aapko jawab dega". When a journalist put a question "sir, Laloo ji claims that govt. has failed to rescue operation". Nitish responded critically, "kuch log 48 ghante me 48 baar media se baat karte hain, Kyonki unhe kaam toh karna nahin hai aur dusro koh karne bhi nahi dena chhahte hain". An exaggerated CM said "During the RJD rule of 15 long years Koshi flood came and gone but never the relief operation been seen on ground and in 2004 when the relief operation been executed, everyone knows what happened.
