A school under Garouli sub-division of vaishali district is in news these days for its communal nature. The Harsher primary school is only teaching muslim children and hindus are being either ignored or not admitted.
Director of Primary Education justifies the accusation made by LalBabu Shah & others. In a PIL filed by Mr. Shah along with some others claimed that in the said school there are communalism being enjoyed by a Muslim principal.

Due to a large number of marriages scheduled to be happen this month the scarcity of rooms in city hotels becomes a truth. The rush is such as per hindu Lagna calendar there are only 5-6  subh-muhurta spared this year. And all this come to an end on 27 april. After which there are no subh-muhurta for marriages. Those who did late for booking hotels for marriages has to run after different community centers which are doing a handsome business.

Shramjivi Express Derailed, No Casualty
The New Delhi bound Rajgir-New Delhi 2391 Shramjivi Express got derailed on wednesday. According to railway sources Rajgir-Danapur passenger train ran safely through the same track about 20 min. before. Though the exact reason for derailment will be known post investigation but the sources said that there has been some maintainance work were done on the said track a day before during which some human error might be the reason behind the scene.

RJD's Ex-MLA  Faces Arrest Warrant
District session court and Vth fast track justice Sri Namendra Pd. on tuesday issued a arrest warrant against Naushadun Navi alias Pappu Khan. Giving a copy to the Bihar police station incharge the court instructed to make the ex-MLA present before court without any late.  The warrant has been issued under section 302 accused of murdering one Alok Kumar alias Lokan way back in 2005.

The incident took place in Alamganj Ghera mohalla under Alamganj p.s.in Patna city. Md. Dawood s/o Md. Wasim Khan were riddled with bullet late in the night around 1:30am on tuesday. Md. Dawood was returning home at that time when miscreants fired at him from very close range. He was rushed to NMCH, but the doctors there referred him to PMCH as his condition was deteriorating critically. On way to PMCH he succumbed to injury.

A total of 19 girls were freed from remand home in Patna on tuesday on the initiatives from Patna High Court. A total of 34 women inmates of State remand home in Gayaghat, patna were presented before a bench consisting Chief Justice(working) of Hon'ble high court and Justice J.N.Singh. These women did get marriage with their lover after elopement. Later the lovers of these girls were approached and ordered to present before the Hon'ble court.

CBI Investigation In Aakash Kidnapping Case
The most intriguing kidnapping case of DAV student Aakash will now be investigated by nation's premiere investigation agency CBI. Chief minister Nitish Kumar informed this to media in a press conference after attending Janta Darbar on monday. The case has took a new turn last week when Aakash's kins get a ransom note on sunday at their house in patna.
