On Thursday, in wake of the ongoing attack on north indians in Maharashtra, JD(U) leaders threatened to resign from the both houses, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. At a press conference in Patna JD(U) leaders put a four-point demand before the central govt and threatened to resign if the demands are not met by November 6.

Maharashtra is for All Indians : Nitish
On Wednesday, after meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Nitish demanded a CBI probe in the killing of 24 year old Patna boy Rahul Raj by Mumabi police. Rahul was shot dead by Mumabi police after he allegedly he hijacked a bus and opened fire with a country made pistol.

On Tuesday, Patna police nabbed a four gangsters of a gang of dacoits. The criminals were arrested from Chandmari road locality. The gang was wanted in several dacoities cases across the capital.

On Wednesday, more than two dozen persons were injured in a road accident on Bihta-Ara main road. The incident took place near Lekhanchak when a crowded bus of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC) head-to-head collided with a truck.

On Monday, a shocked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with the news of killing of Patna boy Rahul Raj by Mumabi Police, along with other ministers at the centre from Bihar, RJD Supremo and Railway Minsiter Laloo Prasad Yadav and Lok Janshakti Chief and Steel Minister Ram Vilas Paswan met with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at his residence in New Delhi.
