On Tuesday, Cabinet clears the proposal to encourage education among minority students. Cabinet secretary, Girish Shankar briefed about the decision of the govt. As per the proposal the govt would grant 10,000 to all minority students who have successfully passed Matriculation exam from Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). The grant would facilitate the education among minority students.

CBI Releases Laloo's Passport
The special CBI court in ranchi on monday released the passport of Laloo Pd. Yadav on monday. Knowingly the railway minister has requested the learned court that his passport be given back to him as he has to visit Singapore and Malaysia to ink some important railway projects and deal.

High Speed Wind In Patna
The patnaites on monday evening witness a surprise as there is a strong wind engulfs the city for more than 15 minutes. The life came to a halt spontaneosly and all vehicles running on the road had to switch to neutral gear by the side of the road. Reports of heavy loss to electricity supply units in the city. Though the electricity dept. swith off power supply during the wind but yet some feeder got the problems leading to power cut in west patna till late in the night.

Revenue Officials Caught Red-Handed Taking Bribe
Adding yet another feather to its cap, the Vigilance team on sunday caught two senior official red-handed taking bribe in Patna. Anchal supritendent S.N.Lal and revenue officer Chandresh rajak has been arrested. On the complain from one N.Sinha of Patna the vigilance department formed a team and drag a net.
