FIR Against Ex-Chairman Of Bihar Vidhan Parishad
A case has been registered under section 166,167 and 409 against the ex-chairman of Bihar legislative council for influencing the recruitment process of staffs in the vidhan parishad happened in the year 2006. Then secretary Kapil Deo Prasad has also been charged with the same. The secretariate police lodge a FIR in this regard on sunday following the order from Patna High Court.

On Saturday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar conducted a meeting with District Magistrate from 20 districts in order to review the progress on various projects. The meeting was held at the Technology Building through video-conferencing.

On Thursday, police released all the 32 sex workers who were arrested in massive raid conducted on Wednesday in Chaturbhujsthan red-light area , Muzaffarpur. They were released after interrogated massively for about 5 hours while rest 10 people who visited the red light area were sent to jail.
