January Proves A Month of Closing
This month has been proved good for staves of state govt. services. While there is single day closing for each Makar Sakranti, Muharram and Republic Day on 26 due to a call for Bihar Bandh on 25th there is a virtual closing like scene with offices seen negligible attendance at all.

The Kankarbagh police on thursday arrested two notorious criminal Arun Kr. Tiwari and Sanjeev Kr. Singh alias Guddu from the Kankarbagh area. Both of them have been named in more than dozen of cases of dacoity, extortion and murder.
 
12 CS among 27 Transferred Print E-mail

State health department has witnessed a major haul of transfer of Civil Surgeons(CS) and health officers on thursday. The Civil Surgeons of 12 different districts has been transferred.
Supritendent of NMCH, Patna and supritendent of ANMC, Gaya has been transferred with immediate effect. New principle has been appointed in JNMC, Bhagalpur who will join their duty on 28th jan.

Rural Development Department has issued a transfer order through which 23 Block Dev. Officer (BDO) & SDPOs will be transferred throughout different district of state. The order has been taken with immediate effect and salaries for the month of february could be withdrawn from their new offices only.
