The residential apartments in the state capital which is being used for commercial purpose by some takers would soon be sealed. The urban development ministries hands in gloves with city regulatory bodies has been contemplating on the issue and soon a regulation will be released.

Patnaites along with most of the district of the stated experienced a "black" thursday yesterday as the state went with just 500 MW of electricity. There were black out like scene for more than 14 hours in Patna itself.
With rising cold as the demand for electricity get rises the electricity production units shown its diability to handle the situation once again.
