One Dead In Road Accident In Patna

In an road accident one person is killed in a road accident near rajendra nagar terminal under Patrakar nagar police station. The person who aged around 40 has been identified as Umesh Kumar. According to eye-witness Umesh was crossing the road at the time of accident when a speeding vehicle coming from Agamkuan side crushed him.

Dhoni Gets Extortion Letter

Country premier sports player and captain of Indian Cricket team Mahendra singh Dhoni has received an extortion call. The letter demands amount money to the tune of 50 lakh rupees.
Dhoni who is a permanent resident of Ranchi having own house there. The letter was received by family members at this very address on Monday. Dhoni family has informed Ranchi police immediately about the letter without late. Knowingly Dhoni reached Ranchi yesterday. Police has increased security around his residence and more policemen is deputed there. Ranchi SSP Sampat Meena is personally monitoring the case.

Nitish Tough on Corruption

Nitish government is quite serious to control corruption in the state. Now the govt. has planned and contemplating to pass a bill in Assembly to bring new laws that would fill the loop holes in the current laws. According to planner the new law will be stringent enough to bring out corrupt officials from beneath the earth. The most intriguing paragraph of the proposed new law will be applicable also on Ministers, MLAs, Mayors, councellors and all other public servants.

Media may have ignored the ex-CM of Bihar Laloo yadav but this has not diminished the spirit of Railway minister Laloo yadav as he continue with making his presence felt by full page advertisements in every daily of Bihar detailing laying of foundation stone of railways projects. Irrespective of the size of the project, may it be mere a laying foundation stone ceremony for a ticket counter this is done by the Railway minister himself and the dailies of Bihar get the advertisement booked by railway.
