The Patna Saheb seat which becomes the centerstage of media attention after getting two cine stars Shutrughan Sinha and Shekhar Suman from two biggest parties BJP and Congress respectively, names like of Dr. Diwakar is obviously low profile at the first glance but a look into his bio-data is so appealing.
