Ingredient :

Bread slice : 4 piece

Butter spread : 4 big spoons

Chopped tomato 1

Chopped onion 1

Chopped Pudina  - 1 big spoon

Kaali mirch – ½ tea spoon

Salt – to taste

Butter or refined oil

Method to make Crunchy Cheese role :

Mash chopped tomato, onion,pudina,kaali mirch and salt in cheese and make a thick paste.

Cut the corners of the bread.

Wet bread slice with little water and spread over the palm.

Put some paste prepared earlier in the center and role in round shape.

Deep fry the roles in butter or refined oil or bake with butter.

Crunchy cheese role is ready.

Serve the crunchy cheese roles with tomato or chilly sauce.
