The govt of India in its affidavit before Supreme Court quoted references of researches of Marine and Water resources group, space application center, Ahmedabad and says the Ram setu is not built by Ram and his Vanar sena rather it is a geographical object which was created about 10 lacs years ago due to several geographical transformations.

As per the Hindu mythology, Sita Ram’s wife was abducted by King of Lanka, Ravan. After many reminders Ravan was not agreed to release Sita and Ram was forced for the Dharmayudha. Reaching Lnka was a problem as there was Hind Ocean between Rameshwaram and Lanka. Nal and Neel in his Vanar Sena were blessed with some special powers. The objects touched by them would never drown and remain floating on water. This is how Ram Setu was built by touching stones by Nal and Neel brothers and throwing them in Hind ocean.

However some scientific researches have been worked out on this topic. There is one research carried out by NASA, America’s space agency. The dates as per NASA’s research and the dates as Hindu mythology collides correctly up to a great extent. If NASA calculation is believed Ravan was killed by Ram 5076 years before Christ. Not only this NASA has records for each and every incidents related to Ram like his birth, Vanwas, Ram – Ravan Yudh, the date to which Ram returned back Ayodhya. NASA has records for all the dates.

According to an English magazine in which an interview of Sarojbala, an income tax officer was published titled “no myth” , these incidents  are not illusion. Sarojbala is working on Ram and Hindu epic Ramayan for last 3 decades.

NASA had released pictures of Ram Setu taken by satellite camera. The pictures revealed the existence of Ram Setu. The age of the stones of Ram Setu are estimated as some 17 lacs old.
