Kakolat Draws Tourism

There are talks like many tourist come here as having a shower at this fountain helps one get rid of disease like leprosy and other skin disease. This increases its importance and every summer hordes of tourist throngs here for its medicinal values. There are talks about this place in legends too. Near Kakolat there is a village called "Ektara" where Maharishi Markendaya had his Ashram. Back to history in Mahabharata this place is notified as the place where Pandavas took shelter when they were on "Agyatwass".
