The cabinet has passed the format of this Bihar special court bill -2008 on tuesday. The bill will be presented in Legislative council in the next session. There is provision for speedy trial and some angle to disapprove the bill petition of the accusing persons. Knowingly with the upcoming of Nitish govt. on the panorama of Bihar there are more than 200 official arrested red handed taking bribe. The bureau has been asked to enjoy all its authorities. There are advertisement in dailies and public awareness program is being organised all over Bihar to crush the corruption and not to come under pressure of those who demands bribe. Telephone nos. of Bureau and helpline nos. is published through the way of distributing brochures and pasting govt. flyers on places of importance like bank ATM, Block offices & police stations.
