The list has been prepared after a rigorous testing and each of the nominees been tested upon multi-point quality benchmark like teaching ability, quality improvement, cost-cutting, patient assurance and leadership capability. An MBBS graduate from Patna Medical College Dr. Tapan Thakur went to Britain. He practice there for two year and migrated to US and settled in Mefinss. Currently he is working as director of mid-South hospitalists and also been serving as vice-president of Baptist hospital in Missipi. Ex-National president of Indian Medical Association (IMA) has congratulated Dr. Tapan for his role in health services and being listed in top 10 US doctors.
